Where Our Minds Run To…?

What dictates what our thoughts focus on? Thoughts attach themselves to the objects and people that surround us. What creates this attachment or shall I say what drives the thoughts in the direction of certain objects or people, is largely desires. This happens continuously and often instantaneously, like a program running on a computer. Example being a man desires a certain woman all he can think about incessantly is this particular woman. If a child desires a toy all they think about is that toy, a woman jewellery, a job or position in the company etc. Our desires are often singular meaning that they only are desired for oneself. When our desires and beliefs are aligned with or are the same as the harmonious desires of the universe our desires are no longer singular but are unified. The desires then hold huge amounts of power as the engine behind them is a whole universe and can be fulfilled with natural ease.

It is therefore important to understand our desires in life and very similarly our intentions behind our actions. Our intentions are the will behind our actions, the reason why or desire for doing something. We can consciously become aware of this and choose compassionate intentions and actions in order to connect with the unified field of universal consciousness. The field itself is extremely intelligent and will direct your thoughts and actions through your intuition in a very peaceful and loving manner to create harmony in your life and in the lives of all living beings around you. The unified field is harmonious and is biased towards love and correct function. We can see this in nature, how it functions beautifully and harmoniously if not interrupted. So in order to be in tune with this loving field we need to purify our intentions, thoughts and actions so that they are loving and compassionate, so that they intend benefit and harmony for all beings and the earth.

Set the intention to connect with the Divine Field. Consciously choose this every moment and you will be filled with joy and love.

Blessings, or May you be blessed!

What is a blessing or what does someone mean in saying blessings to you or may you be blessed?

In life there is a wonderful thing called synchronicity and divine flow. Divine flow is the natural order of the universe manifesting itself in perfect form. This divine flow is what creates synchronicity, the coming together of many components, people and parts to create an event that is in perfect synergy or coherence with natural law or flow. These events feel wonderful and invoke a sense of awe in the working of the universe within us, when we experience them. Often exclaimed by people pronouncing “I feel blessed”.

This Divine flow or synchronicity of wonderful events can also be described as grace. Grace is a beautiful loving and natural force continuously synchronizing the many things in your environment. It is when we are peaceful within ourselves that we can feel and know that this grace is always there. The constant knowing of this grace and acting or not acting – just being – in coherence with the Divine flow is what it means to be blessed.

At the moments when you are working with the Divine flow all of life seems to function seamlessly, so smooth and natural, filled with love. This is what may you be blessed means. May you be totally surrounded and filled with the unconditional loving flow of the universe, may you be in awe of this and enjoy the peace and benefits of being in coherence with the force of grace.

What does becoming more Consciousness mean?

You may have heard the word consciousness been used frequently or come across the term becoming more conscious. What does consciousness or becoming more conscious mean in this context?

Consciousness is energy and information, and all things that exist are made up of energy and information. A chair has the consciousness that of a chair, the energy that makes up the foundations of a chair, the wood, the structure, the shape and size, pretty much all the information that the chair holds is its consciousness. A book has the consciousness of a book made up of the writing, the paper and pages the information the writing relays, mass, size and all other information that the whole of the book consists of. That’s information but what gives the information is the vast atoms that are all vibrating at a certain frequency with a particular energy, a particular consciousness.

So everything has its own consciousness the liver in your body, anger, joy or the grass covered football field. All things have energy that relays specific information. Becoming more conscious actually means becoming more aware, taking greater note of the energetic information that is within your own body and of the energetic information that surrounds you, whether it be from people, situations events or objects.

Often what people mean to say when they do say becoming more conscious is to create greater awareness firstly and secondly to create higher or more expansive consciousness.

If all things have energy that provides us with information and these things all vibrate at a certain frequency. Something with higher consciousness will be vibrating with a greater frequency. With reference our emotions – which stands for energy in motion – are more dense or are at a lower vibratory frequency if they are negative for example anger and fear. Emotions such as peace, joy and love are higher vibratory frequencies. So people are speaking of creating greater levels of peace, joy

and love within the mind and body and in their surrounding, when they say becoming more conscious. Love, joy and peace actually make us feel lighter then stress, anger, fear or grief.

Expanding our consciousness or becoming more aware certainly means knowing that we are intimately connected with all things. We are connected to the earth, we are connected to all the animals and people of the earth. When we have more awareness and an expansive consciousness and our very being is resonant with higher vibrational frequencies of peace, love and joy our actions must create peace, love and joy for all living beings, including animals and the earth.
